Position Overview
Massive Brand Consulting is a business coaching and consulting firm centered around helping women create, market, and sell transformational programs and scale their businesses. We’re constantly growing and evolving our business to the benefit of our clients and their needs, and we’re excited to need more hands on deck!
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help us with the daily operations of our business— someone who LOVES the idea of owning their own business but doesn’t WANT to own their own business. If you appreciate the freedom in schedule and creativity and want to be a part of building and scaling a transformational business, this might be a perfect fit for you.
This is a part-time role that reports directly to our Founder & CEO. This is a remote, work-from-home position, however, we may require travel to Boston, MA for work functions, meetings, and potential client facing activities.
This position will also require flexibility including working some occasional evenings and weekends.

The mission of Massive Brand Consulting is to educate women on how to build and develop profitable businesses and “activate massive brands” allowing them to live their life by design.
We help women understand how to create businesses that are uniquely designed by packaging their passions and talents and become highly profitable to create a global impact and serve others at their highest level.
We do this by creating and delivering information products in the form of online courses, coaching programs, a podcast, and other experiences by using our proven 7-pronged approach, The Massive Brand Method. We know we’re successful when we create a transformation in our client’s business that dramatically increases their company’s revenue, creates a heightened level of efficiency in the organization of their company and ultimately allows them to live their best life. We have a growing audience of 20,000 women entrepreneurs and we’re on a mission to help as many women as possible to scale their businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the CEO on the following:
- Anticipate needs so that Tanya can serve the company and its customers at her highest level of excellence
- Eliminate friction at work and home whenever possible by staying five steps ahead and clearing the path for Tanya to make the greatest contribution.
- Communicate on Tanya’s behalf both internally and externally
- Coordinate all company Press and relationships
- Research various topics, as directed, to present to the company
- Manage and schedule calendar (both personally and professionally) including arranging meetings, taking notes, and distributing action items
- Perform personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, and ordering gifts/flowers, etc.
- Run errands and attend in person meetings as needed throughout the week
Specific Departmental Focuses Include:
Growth Management:
Manage product launches, marketing campaigns, and overall content strategy for the company
Plan, organize and coordinate team, projects, technology, and resources.
Maintain corporate websites and update regularly with relevant information
Collect and analyze specific key performance indicators for our company and create strategies for continued growth where possible
Client Success Management:
Liaising between clients and coaches for issues outside of services offered (billing, log-in issues, scheduling conflicts)
Set up and maintain client portals, membership sites, and client communication systems
Operations Management:
Execute the CEO’s strategic business plan
Create and manage systems for billing & client relationships
Plan and build out systems and automation for the company to run smoothly and cost-efficiently.
Document processes & procedures and checklist into a Standard Operating Procedures Guide (SOP)
Outsourcing, managing, and tracking the completion of the day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a business manager or relevant role

Computer & digital marketing savvy with a strong familiarity with social media marketing and email marketing
Willingness to learn corporate softwares and train other team members
